Do you have an existing network and relationships with hiring authorities that you can leverage?
This might be the opportunity for you to build and run your own desk.

We currently have a full time permanent position for a Sr. Technical Full Desk Recruiter located in Woodbridge, NJ.
MUST have Full Desk Recruitment Experience working for a Search Firm or Staffing Agency.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship.

Candidate in this role will be running a full desk including recruiting candidates, working with client prospects, and doing new business development. Candidate will be building their own new desk and book of business with the flexibility to target and prospect a variety of companies and industries to generate new clients and develop their niches.
Previous full desk recruitment experience is required. Will be speaking with both candidates and client prospects.

-Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. Manage both the candidate and client relationship.
-Prospecting and new business development. Generate new clients by marketing talented candidates, networking, cold calling, and consistently prospecting.
-Recruit and fill job orders generated from new business development activities.

We are looking for someone with:
-Full Desk Recruitment experience.
-New Business Development experience.
-Ability to hit the ground running and come up with a 30-60-90 Day Plan for targeting and closing new business.
-IT or any type of technical recruiting experience working for an executive search firm or staffing agency.
-Strong prospecting and phone skills.
-Comfortable working in a startup environment.
-Able to work independently with little to no supervision.
